What type of personalizing/customizing can I get on my regional tide clock?
Customization is available for all Tide Time Clocks, and is imprinted directly on the dial. Customizing may include text (names, dates, etc.), and/or graphics (customer supplied high resolution logo, pennant, flag, etc.). Graphic personalizing is quoted individually so please contact us.
How secure is your web site?
We use the industry standard 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) data encryption process from the very moment you begin to place your order with www.HighTideClocks.com so that your information is fully secure and your purchase protected. When you look at our domain address on your Internet browser during this process you will see the http:// change to https:// evidencing this secure environment. It is not possible for any third party to un-encrypt this communication at this stage and so your information is perfectly safe.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover via PayPal, Money Orders and Personal Checks. Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee. Replacement funds, in the form of credit card or money order plus the $30 fee, are due within 5 days of receiving an email or other form of notice.
Do you charge sales tax?
HighTideClocks.com does not charge sales tax for orders placed outside of South Carolina. If you order within the state of South Carolina, you will be charged an additional 8% for sales tax.
What is your return policy?
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned. Once a personalized/customized item has been produced it cannot be cancelled. If errors occured in their production, please contact us at at support@hightideclocks.com and we will arrange for their return for correction. Orders for standard items can be cancelled for a refund of the purchase price amount minus a 5% ($5.00 minimum) processing fee if the item has not gone into production or shipped.

What is your warranty policy?
All instruments are backed by a Five (5) year limited warranty. Customers requiring warranty service should follow the instructions on the warranty sheet. A dated receipt/proof of purchase is required for warranty service. Customer should include a detailed description of the problem, and provide their contact information.
